The author Mohinder Singh Jus is a well-known Indian homeopath practising in Switzerland. M. S. Jus studied at the Calcutta Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, from which he graduated in 1968. He studied and worked there under Dr. B. K. Bose, then the last living student of Dr. J. T. Kent. From 1969 to 1985 he had a private practice in New Delhi. In 1985 he came to Switzerland and in 1988 he established the SHI Homeopathic Institute. He regularly gives seminars for homeopaths in various European countries.

With 40.000 sold copies in Germany and Switzerland, the original German version it is one of the most successful homeopathic books ever.
