Cancellation:

By sending the goods a sales contract is established between the customer and Narayana Verlag. This sales contract may be cancelled within two weeks by sending e-mail to info@narayana-verlag.de or fax to +49 (0) 7626 970144.

If the value of the goods is not more than 40.00 €, the customer has to pay the costs for returning the goods. If the value of the goods is more than 40.00 €, Narayana Verlag will bear these costs.

Prices:

All prices are including value added tax.

Shipping/Handling Costs:

Within Germany, for each order, shipping/handling costs are 2.00 €. If the value of the order is at least 30.00 €, shipping/handling are free.

For international orders, please ask for shipping/handling costs.

Shipment:

Usually, the ordered goods are being shipped by mail on the next working day after the order was placed. If it is not possible to ship the goods within 6 working days after the order was placed, Narayana Verlag is obliged to inform the customer.

Payment:

The goods may be payed using debit entries (only in case of German bank account), cash on delivery, prepayment by bank transfer, or by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard).

Purchase on account in case of first order is only possible, if the value of the goods is not more than 100 €. If purchase on account is preferred for first order also, prior consent by Narayana Verlag must be obtained.

Place of fulfilment for shipping and payment is Kandern, Germany.

German law applies excluding United Nations convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.
